Roof & Gutter Inspection

We conducted a comprehensive aerial inspection of the roof and guttering systems to identify areas requiring cleaning and maintenance. Using high-resolution drone imagery, we pinpointed only the sections where access equipment or scaffolding would be necessary, helping the client avoid unnecessary costs and improve maintenance planning.

Storm Damage Roof Assessment

Following severe weather, we carried out a detailed drone inspection to assess damage to roof panels across the facility. High-resolution imagery allowed the client to evaluate the condition and structural integrity of the affected panels while also identifying the safest and most efficient access methods for repairs.

Residential Property, St Helens

Water Ingress Inspection

We carried out a detailed aerial roof inspection to investigate the source of water ingress affecting the property's loft space. High-resolution imagery identified a redundant aerial cable entry point where the original cable penetration had deteriorated, allowing rainwater to enter the roof structure. The inspection enabled the homeowner to accurately locate the issue and carry out targeted repairs without the need for an extensive manual roof survey.
