The project
Following severe weather, damage was identified to sections of industrial roof cladding at Ecovyst in Warrington.
The client needed detailed photographs showing the visible condition and location of the affected panels to help plan further investigation and repairs.
The height and layout of the building limited what could be seen from ground level. Drone imagery provided an initial view of the affected areas before arranging closer access.
Our approach
The flight was planned around the site’s operating environment and the agreed inspection areas.
Wide aerial photographs showed where the damaged cladding was located across the roof. Closer images documented visible panel damage, giving the maintenance team additional detail to review.
The combination of overview and close-up photographs provided a visual record without requiring personnel to access the affected roof sections during the initial inspection.
